600W LED UV Curing System for Crystal Epoxy Glue Curing with 50mm Emitting Distance

600W LED UV Curing System Targets Crystal Epoxy Glue Production with a 50mm Emitting Distance

Shenzhen Super-curing Opto-Electronic Co., Ltd. has released a 600W LED UV curing system engineered specifically for crystal epoxy glue curing. With a 50mm emitting distance and a water-cooled 395nm/365nm emitting head, the system gives resin casting, jewellery, souvenir and optical bonding workshops a curing step that is fast, repeatable and free of the mercury lamps they have relied on for decades.

Crystal epoxy glue is one of the harder UV materials to cure well. The pour is often deep, the cured layer must stay optically clear, and any under-cure shows up as a cloudy core or a tacky surface that only appears days later. A single point lamp cannot cover that kind of bond line. The 600W system addresses the problem with a wide emitting window, a 30-50mm working distance and 18W/cm2 of UV intensity, so the whole glue bead reaches full cure in one pass instead of several overlapping hits.

Why crystal epoxy glue producers move to this system

  • Deep, clear cure: 18W/cm2 at a 50mm distance drives enough energy into the pour to cure the full glue depth while keeping the cured resin optically clear.
  • Dimmable 0-100%: operators can dial intensity down for thin coatings and up for deep crystal pours without changing hardware, which matters when one line runs several product families.
  • Instant on and instant off: no warm-up and no shutter, so curing starts the moment the part is in position and stops the moment it leaves.
  • No mercury, no ozone, no VOC discharge: the workshop no longer needs mercury lamp handling, disposal or extraction for ozone.
  • Low temperature output: heat-sensitive substrates, PE films and thin films are cured without warping or yellowing.
  • Energy saving: typically 1000W of LED UV matches the drying effect of a 6000W mercury lamp.
  • 20000 hour LED life: the head is rated at 20000 hours and the system carries a 2-year warranty, with chiller and power supply serviceable on site.

Typical applications

  • Crystal epoxy glue and UV resin casting for souvenirs, awards and decorative parts
  • Optical and lens bonding where a clear, bubble-free cured layer is required
  • UV adhesive curing on glass, crystal and acrylic assemblies
  • UV coating, varnish and ink curing on film and sheet substrates
  • Inline curing stations where the lamp must sit 30-50mm above the conveyor

Frequently asked questions

Which wavelength should I choose for crystal epoxy glue?
395nm is the usual choice for epoxy glue, coatings and printing; 365nm is selected when the adhesive is formulated for longwave UV. The head is available in 365nm, 385nm, 395nm and 405nm, and one system can be supplied with interchangeable heads.

How is the emitting window decided?
The window is customised. Send us the glue line width, the part size and the required cycle time and we will size the window so coverage matches the bond area.

Is water cooling mandatory?
Water cooling with a chiller is the standard configuration for continuous production at high intensity. Air-cooled heads are available for intermittent or lower duty cycles.

What is the lead time and price?
The system is quoted at USD 2000-2200 per set, MOQ 1 set, with 10-15 working days production time and 10 sets per day supply ability. Packaging is a wooden case for export.

Ordering and technical support

Every system is configured against the customer's material, glue depth and line speed before shipment, and our engineers support wavelength selection, window sizing and curing parameter trials. Contact us with your crystal epoxy glue specification and we will return a matched configuration, a curing trial plan and a quotation within one working day.
